Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
• The product must not show signs of misuse or damage caused after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
